How do we communicate?

Do you require long-term contracts?

No lock-in for social media retainers — monthly rolling contracts. Website projects are milestone-based. We prefer to keep you because of results, not contracts.
Will I own my website?

100%. You own the domain, hosting, and all code. We hand over everything at project completion. No dependency on us unless you choose to continue.
What's the payment structure?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery for website projects. Social media retainers are billed monthly in advance. Transparent invoices, no hidden fees.
